Election Day is Tuesday, November 3, 2020 - News and Notes for Orange County

August 21, 2020 - Election Day is Tuesday, November 3, 2020. Please make sure you go out and vote. Here in Orange County, registered voters have several options when it comes to voting.

Voters may vote at their local polling locations on election day, from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm

Voters may apply for absentee ballot if they cannot vote in person

Voters may vote early at any of the seven early voting sites throughout Orange County

The early voting locations are as follows:

1. PORT JERVIS:

Delaware Engine Company #2, 22 Hammond Street, Port Jervis

2. MONTGOMERY:

Village of Montgomery Senior Center, 36 Bridge Street, Montgomery

3. CORNWALL

Cornwall Ambulance Building, 1 Clinton Street, Cornwall

4. WARWICK

Warwick Town Hall, 132 Kings Highway, Warwick

5. MONROE

Monroe Town Hall, 1465 Orange Turnpike, Monroe

6. Middletown

Middletown Senior Center, 62-70 West Main Street, Middletown

7. NEWBURGH

City of Newburgh Activity Center, 401 Washington Street, Newburgh

Please note that the last day to register to vote is Friday, October 9th, 2020.

The last day to apply for an absentee ballot by mail is Tuesday, October 27th, 2020.

The deadline to apply for an absentee ballot in person at the Board of Elections is Monday, November 2nd, 2020.

The last day to return and postmark the ballot to the Board of Elections is Tuesday, November 3rd, 2020.

Election Day is Tuesday, November 3, 2020. Polling Locations will be open from 6:00 am - 9:00 pm. Be sure to vote!
